1. Scope of Work

1.1. JLM Glass & Glazing will perform the services as described in the quotation or invoice provided.

1.2. Any additional work or changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

 

2. Quotations and Estimates

2.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2.2. Any changes to materials, specifications, or unforeseen site conditions may result in additional costs.

 

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required prior to the commencement of work.

3.2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3. Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, cash.

 

 

4. Late Payments

4.1. Payments not received by the due date will incur interest at a rate of 3% per month or part thereof. -

4.2. Failure to pay within 90 days may result in legal action and additional recovery fees.

 

 

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled start date will receive a partial refund of the deposit depending on goods ordered.

5.2. Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date will forfeit the deposit.

 

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. JLM Glass & Glazing provides a warranty for materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years

6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors beyond JLM Glass & Glazing’s control.

 

 

7. Ownership of Materials

7.1. Materials supplied by JLM Glass & Glazing remain the property of JLM Glass & Glazing until full payment is received.

7.2. JLM Glass & Glazing reserves the right to remove unpaid materials or products from the site.

 

 

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes will be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to mediation or legal action.

 

 

9. Force Majeure

9.1. JLM Glass & Glazing is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

 

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By engaging JLM Glass & Glazing’s services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
